The microwave meets all my expectations. The one down part is that it's hard to interpret the reheat settings because it only gives me a number (which I have to look up in the manual to get the right setting)

This is almost exactly like the last one I had--which is just what I wanted, because it had to fit in a built-in space. Works well. Does everything I need. And gives me a light and vent over my stove.

This completed my whole Whirlpool kitchen. Complements well to the Fridge, Stove and the dishwasher. Was a little tough to install but that was expected.

Overall good product. Works well. A little bulky compared to the older model I replaced. The cooking exhaust fans also run a little louder then I'm used too but not a deal breaker.

I love Whirlpool brand in general, and also their package deals/discounts (on three to four items/appliance combos) is unmatchable.I am very happy with my purchase.

Bought and returned...out current model returned off life support. The service was great at the store in Douglasville GA though!

This is very efficient and easy to use. It did take a little bit to get use to the operation. I an old microwave which was different. Once I got use to it found it great.

This was a great buy at the time. Or so I thought. Overall, it works well. Except it has moments when I try to heat something up and it instead of heating it starts to make a ticking sound for about 3 seconds and then just shuts down. I reset the timer again and then it starts to work properly. Because it works the second time around I let it pass. But it should not do that at all. Otherwise, it heats well and the exhaust is good.

The dock locking mechanism is quiet, secure and takes little force to close. Cooking sound is about average. The only wish was that the keypad was backlit.

We love the microwave. Easy to use. Quiet. Lots of room for plates and casserole bowls
