I wanted a microwave without a bunch of bells and whistles because we mainly use it just to reheat food and cook veggies. This seems to do the trick. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, so I can't say if it's going to cause any problems. The price was right and it looks like a keeper!

I love this microwave! It has a lot of different setting on it and works very good. My only issue is that I am not a big fan of the looks of it. Other than that I am very happy with it!

Very attractive and it fits perfectly in the spot for it. The lights and fans work well. I am still learning how to use it to make best use of it. Again, the installation by Do Da was perfect. He knew exactly how to install it and made sure everything was spot on.

This microwave cooks evenly and isn’t very noisy. It seems to be well built. My error, but I did not notice that the panel doesn’t include the ‘quick’ option of just pressing 1-6 to get one full minute to six minutes. You have to enter the full time and then press start to cook.

The microwave was a perfect addition to my kitchen.

Our 20 year old microwave died and we needed a replacement. This is a great device and does the trick. We used Geek Squad for the install and they were amazing. Very professional and personable. The Lynchburg installation team should be modeled throughout the business. Christian and his co-worker were the best.

The unit has everything you’d expect from a good microwave. The exhaust fan even works and lines up where the old duct was. The exhaust fan goes on automatically if the temp from the stovetop is too high. And Best Buy made delivery easy! We are happy with this purchase.

Was almost an exact replacement for an older microwave that had failed. Didn't have to remove the mounting bracket. Works great and the teflon interior seems to be very easy to keep clean.

The only issue with the microwave is the 100% heat time is lesser then my older microwave. Meaning it doesn't heat food up as quick as the old microwave due to some new technology. Plates and bowls still get hot so that's not the issue. Black stainless steel is nice but they made handle regular stainless steel? Good microwave though for the money.

Great upgrade from our existing microwave. Not difficult to install. Simple controls, very spacious and has a turn table.

All in all a good purchase. Microwave works gooo but the installation wall bracket could have been thicker. I had to install 50lb anchors at the far edge because the studs were closer to the middle and hanger flexed at the edges

Great microwave, reasonably priced, user-friendly.

I chose this microwave basically because it matched the whirlpool range and refrigerator I also purchased from BestBuy. But I am really pleased on the functionality. The fan to vent the range will automatically turn on and off depending on how hot it is below. It also has a light underneath with two brightness settings.
