Do not buy this product, In fact do not buy any mocrowave with the rack inside. They do not last long. I had and Samsung and then this one nither lasted 3 year. The heating module fail and they will stop heating

Purchased old appliances with all new Whirlpool. I like the features of this unit but the first microwave died within the first year and was covered under warrantee. The replacement lasted 4 years. So if you like disposable microwaves this is the unit for you. Replaced the Whirlpool fridge 3 times before I got one that worked.

It was everything I needed. It was easy to install.

A nice addition to my other appliances. Replaced 15 year old microwave with this one and so far very happy with it. It was a great upgrade and matches my other appliances very well.

Bought this to replace a samsuck microwave that was less than 4 years old. So far I am very happy with my new whirlpool, it is very basic and does the job well. My only complaint is the LCD screen on it is hard to read from any distance.

We are very pleased with this micowave. I like being able to mute that annoying tone as you program it, which is an obnoxious beep. It has been cooking and reheating with no problems. It fits nicely over the stove and it looks great.

This replaced a mucrowave of basucally rhe same type. Old one went out after warranty had already expired. Good replacement.

Works well, except not sure how to easily defrost bread. No express time cook buttons. Other buttons are excellent. Looks good,

Great for the space we needed it for. Fits perfectly.

I have 3 major complants: FIRST-the light on the bottom of the microwave is way in the back next to the back wall. I will never like this unit because of this lighting problem. The light is not above the cooking elements on the range. It leaves all the range-top cooking in the darkness of its own shadow. SECOND : very thin sheet metal THIRD: no one-touch cook time buttons. However,The installation was extremely easy..I am an older woman and I did the install all by myself.

Performs well and so far not having any issues at all.

So far so good. One unexpected thing we didn't know was that the vent will come on automagically when the oven is hot. Would've liked the number pad illuminated but maybe that's not a thing :)

Bought on sale to replace my microwave which had a broken turntable. Few weeks later, price dropped and Best Buy adjusted price. Geek Swuad did terrific job installing it

Just what we expected in microwave function. Sloppy installation 1st Saturday October 2023. Hopefully better installation November 7, 2023.

Overall a super great microwave and purchase recommended!

So far this microwave has worked beautifully. And the handle has yet to peal like our last brand.

I bought this microwave because I needed one urgently. The various stores I looked at did not have stock and this was only available at a Best Buy further out of my town. So bought it because I needed it. It’s done the job thus far but I am not thrilled with the buy for the following reasons 1. It behaves like the MS Windows system in the sense that it needs to be ‘rebooted’ once every three months, I have noticed. Meaning I have to unplug the system physically for it to stop working. During such times the buttons on the microwave do not work and therefore the reboot 2. Unless you keep your food or whatever is needed to be warmed in the middle of the microwave, it does not do the job adequately I will add that for the money I spent, it’s ok.

I am short in stature, this microwave is the perfect height
