10/10 great service, they came and were on time with the delivery time and was fast and quick even cleaned up a little where there was build up from the item he took out.

This was the replacement for an older Whirlpool that quit after 11 years. The new support rack in the rear installs a little lower on the wall, but the old support bolt holes in the overhead cabinet are used for the new microwave.

Looks and works great. Strange that it did not come with a manual. I called and it really doesn't...it wasn't a mistake! I cannot say I have ever bought an appliance without a manual coming with it! I rated it 4 stars only because of the manual….otherwise it would be 5.

It’s a beautiful microwave! Still don’t understand the 2 tiny holes in the inside of it! Very strange!

I needed an over the range microwave for basic use. All of the ones that grabbed my attention were in the $300 - $400 range. This one went on sale for $129 for the 4th of July and it was a no brainier. It works well and meets my needs.

I bought this to replace an existing WP microwave that worked well for over 10 years. I was very fortunate to be able to reuse the the existing mounting brackets on the wall. Microwave works very well!

We replace a Samsung that only lasted 2 years. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES, customer service is worthless. Whirlpool is working good and seems to be constructed to last.

Great product. The timer sound is great, noticeable but not annoyingly loud. Gives you a calm reminder chime should you forget you have something in the microwave. Very pleased with this purchase.

Had this installed via Best Buy company and it's been perfect after one month. Very happy.

We have had this microwave a month now with no issues. Looks good and works well. My only complaint is my past microwaves have had a one button start for 1, 2,3 minute heatings. This microwave you have to manually enter your cook time. Not a deal breaker at all..just an extra few steps.

I’ve purchased Whirlpool appliances for years and have yet to be disappointed. They are consistently reliable, offer good features and offer a good refined look.

The whirlpool looks good in my kitchen and I am thoroughly enjoying using it!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a microwave over the oven!

This microwave works nicely but there is no turntable off switch and the stovetop lighting is barely adequate. The stovetop light should be up front instead of at the back of the unit underside.

It does everything we need. We use the “30sec” button often. Love that the fan can be vented or ventless - and its fairly quiet. Came with all the mounting hardware and instructions were fairly clear for those with average DIY skills. Had the microwave unpacked, mounted and working in less than 1 hour. Only complaint is that it shows lots of fingerprints.
