    Beware there are open vents in the top and things can be dropped in to them very easily

    The microwave no longer heats food. The door began buzzing about two weeks ago, then it stopped heating. The microwave comes on, the glass plate spins, it just does not heat. I am very excited about buying and installing an appliance to replace one I bought and installed a little more than a year ago.

    Had to switch back to Whirlpool. Tried about brand, but product didn't last. We love the style and service we have received from Whirlpool products.

    Not sure why, but if you try to cook two items, one after the other, expect problems. The first time, things cook as expected. When you put the second item in, it's as if the microwave is magically only at 25% power. Never had this issue before with any other microwaves.

    Fan does not work from the very beginning

    Picked up the microwave at the beginning of May, installed it but did not use until mid Jun. Immediately found the fan did not work. Since 15 days had passed so I could not return or exchange it at BestBuy. Scheduled a service with whirlpool, a person came and said the fan was indeed broken, but he did not bring any spare part for the repair. Now I am waiting for the new fan to come. Have waited for over one week. Not sure when it can finally work.

    Terrible experience bought the mircowave on 04-06-23. Not working correctly, Whirpool tried fixing it, instead of getting a new microwave. Because I think this is a lemon, they are coming to a second service call. Please replace my microwave
