    A real piece of junk very loud turntable uneven and the turntable support actually broke within 4months of use!!!

    Did not operate after installing i had to contact whirlpool myself for help to get replacement. Will never use best buy again

    Microwave only 2 years old and already gone bad. Vent is very subpar, and the 'door' notification is extremely annoying.

    Im sure this is a good microwave... it just didnt fit in the space that the measurement guy said it would. My fault for trusting someone else's measurements.

    We have already waited a month and it will be at least another month until the product ships. Don’t realize how much you use a microwave until you don’t have one. ☹️

    My microwave was dented up at the top left corner was already put up so it is too much to take down. Not happy wrecked my brand kitchen in my brand new house.

    I swapped out this appliance because I had a defective gasket on the stove, the fridge seal was bad as well, my fridge review was for another appliance. Didn't want to chance something else going wrong
