Like this microwave appearance and design. It’s easy to work and easy to clean. The handle to open the door is sturdy - much better than a push button style. I recently viewed some model homes and they all had this same whirlpool microwave. I had someone install it so can’t speak on that.

this was a replacement for my other whirlpool otr microwave. this 1,7 cu.ft. microwave is basically the same with a few minor differences. It has only 2 speed vent fan vs a 3 speed but the high speed seems a bit stronger than my old one. I am very pleased with this one. The size is perfect and it does what I want. Have been using it for only a few weeks but so far am very pleased.

My over range microwave arrived on time and was installed quickly by a very friendly team of two. The oven looks great and I plan on using this service again for my next appliances

This is a good product. Pretty quiet and reasonable price.

It's nice looking enough, and it heats the food. But it is lacking in features, and I regret my choice. One very important (to me) feature that came as a complete surprise that it was not included is the express buttons. There is one express button, to add 30 seconds of cooking time. But you can't simply press the "2", for example and have it cook for 2 minutes. That was the way we did 99% of our microwaving. I rarely have used the multi-stage programming, and rarely even cook at reduced power, other than to occasionally defrost. And I don't trust the pre-programmed buttons for potatoes and popcorn. To set the timer for 2 minutes now requires 5 presses (cook time, 2, 0, 0, start). Big deal, right? Yeah, it kinda is. Annoying mostly. Oh well. Also, I find the beeps on this unit particularly harsh and overly loud. Why they don't offer the option to turn down the volume or to turn it off completely is strange. You want to heat up some soup while the family is asleep? Forget about it. Petty annoyances, I know. But could have so easily been avoided. And when it comes down to it, the difference in microwaves is features. They all look more or less the same and perform the same function.

Updated version of the old one. Much faster, easy to maintain. Easy to install. No cons so far!!

Sleek and spacious over the range microwave. Very nice and works well. It looks good in the kitchen.

Very nice unit. I bought this one to replace the same make and model that was in my condo since 2017. The measurements were the same so it was an easy swap out. This one is updated of course with newer control panel and looks. Fresher design. The only thing i see which i think should be changed is the light button. It should be illuminated all the time. When you are trying to find it in the dark, it is impossible!!

Terrific product! It is a bit larger than the previous one, but has great power and we are adjusting to the size. Works and looks great and the inside seems huge compared with the one we had. We bought it "in the box used" and the only thing missing was the template for hanging.

Large-sized over-the-range microwave with decent features. We're pretty happy with the look and function, but the tone to alert you when it is done is very shrill and highly annoying. Took off a star for that and was tempted to take off another.

We went to Best Buy to purchase a microwave and looked at display models then tried to find someone to help us. No one could be found. There were no staff members in the appliance area or elsewhere close. So, I check the Best Buy app and it said you can order online and the prided will be ready to pick up 1 hour. That is NOT true, nor is it even close to true. I placed the order (not knowing that) and we went to lunch. We came back two hours after placing the order and were told “yeah, we’re backed up it could be another couple hours”. Nope. So, they offered to ship it to us at no charge. I agreed but later cancelled it. I checked another store and placed the order a little closer to home. I called Best Buy before placing the order and could not get though to someone at the store. The person working remotely said yes, it can vary but most of the time it should be ready in about an hour. I placed the order at 3pm and never heard anything until the following morning. DO NOT expect your order to be ready in an hour or, even on the same day. Terrible buying experience at what was once, a great store and great retail chain. Those days are gone,
