Works as it should, love the design and color, 5 years - still works great

We’ve been needing a new microwave for a while now, and while getting some work done at the house, finally decided to get another one. This one had a good price, and most importantly, was in stock. Very happy with the purchase.

Great price on this microwave. A definite upgrade from the one that was replaced, Customer representative was also outstanding.

Nice replacement for the old broken whirlpool microwave. Didn't have to replace the old mounting bracket and the old bolt holes so installation is relatively easy. The complain I have is that the fan has only 2 settings unlike the old model that has 3. And the door slams loud when closing.

Pretty much what I expected. I find the exhaust fan a little loud, but not so much so that I'm deterred from using it. Size is good, finish is great, it works well. Very happy with it.

Device was replacing the previous version that lasted over 8 years. Easy to install, instructions were very specific.

Had a whirlpool foryears so install was easy style fit in with my other appliances. Order and pock up was easy

Purchased in August 2017, and it has failed to heat in October 2019. The unit it replaced lasted at least 15 years with the same daily usage. It also was giving a "Door" error intermittently during its last few months. The magnetron or diode may have failed, but I didn't pull it apart to determine the cause. I did replace it with the exact same unit, for ease of installation, and because I believe the new ones are all basically the same quality and price. The features, power and ease of use for this particular model are far better than my long lasting "vintage" unit. It's easy to keep clean, and pretty quiet. Fan doesn't vent that great, but I doubt any microwave doubling as a range hood will perform any better.

Great basic microwave. I like that it is not elaborate but attractive and very user friendly. Great product.

So far I've not used it a lot because I've not moved into the house yet. But the few times I have used it it works very well and seems quite powerful. Although I have noticed it does show fingerprints.

For the reasonable price this microwave is great! Lots of options and nice looking as well.

This is wonderful microwave. I love the size. The only thing I don't really care for is the noise. It is kind of loud.

The color is just right. Matches other appliances well. It was easy to install. Works very well.

Great price and it was easy for our handyman to replace like make/model of microwave. It might be a tad louder than our previous model and I hope this one will last longer than 7 years (not sure if the door sensor was the problem).

While not a top-of-the-line microwave, it works very well. It was ready for pick-up earlier than projected, and pick-up went smoothly. Installation was relatively easy.
