Great microwave! Purchased to replace our previous one that stopped heating! Debated on the steel color over all black, but glad we went with it because it looks sharp!

This particular model was lacking a few features that I had been used to having. The turntable did not have a OFF-ON switch. It did not have a sensor to determine length of cooking time, I exchanged it for an upgrade.

Very supportive when talking to contractor They really wanted it done right I will be buying more from Best Buy

I love this microwave but the light bulb went out. Does it take a regular appliance light bulb?

Purchased in August 2017, and it has failed to heat in October 2019. The unit it replaced lasted at least 15 years with the same daily usage. It also was giving a "Door" error intermittently during its last few months. The magnetron or diode may have failed, but I didn't pull it apart to determine the cause. I did replace it with the exact same unit, for ease of installation, and because I believe the new ones are all basically the same quality and price. The features, power and ease of use for this particular model are far better than my long lasting "vintage" unit. It's easy to keep clean, and pretty quiet. Fan doesn't vent that great, but I doubt any microwave doubling as a range hood will perform any better.

Nice microwave. This model is basic but does the job as I don't need bells and whistles. It is also powerful and very nice looking. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars only because it is not super quiet. But overall, good value.

Bigger interior than previous units. Keypad is not backlit making it hard to see at night. Fan is fairly quiet on low. Installation was fairly easy with adequate instructions

I like the look of this model and the price of it. This replaces the same model in white. It broke after 10 yrs. This unit doesn't heat up the food as quickly as the old one.

Very satisfied. Associate that helped was informative and knowledgeable . Found us the volor we needed and had it shipped in and it arrived as and when ecpected.

It is an excellent product and has a nice warrant.

This microwave has only 2 levels for ventilation, one is very loud and the second one is loud……Unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to this when buying this microwave.

Works fine except fan runs anytime in use. Annoying because fan is loud
