This was a replacement of the exact same microwave. I was extremely pleased to discover that it cooks food AND warms up coffee. Installs easily with screws... if you have a screwdriver. The stainless steel finish remains stain-free after 2 weeks of use. Do not try to cook a Tide pen in this microwave!

This microwave doesn't have 2 features that my previous microwave had.

After 3 years of use, we love this microwave. It does the job and it does it well! It’s large capacity so fits anything we need to heat up or cook. It’s super powerful and does the job fast. I love the various presets especially butter melting and odd things like that. Also, I’m a 5’2” woman and I installed this myself - easy to follow directions.

An inexpensive over the range microwave with simple features. The fan is a bit loud though. We installed it easily enough. Removing the old microwave was a bit more challenging

No guide for reheating food. You have to go online to find out which number to choose, and even then there is no choice for a dinner plate, You just have to guess. Major oversight! Other than that, it works fine. It’s cheaply made and kinda clunky, but it works just fine. Have had no problems.

Fantastica microwave! There are great how-to videos on installing it, but it's worth it to have the Best Buy membership to have Best Buy come out and install their products for you.

Easy to install and works like a dream i would totally recommend

Fantastic microwave that is let down by an awful fan. Boiled water on my smoothtop electric stove steams past the vent, up the front of the microwave and up my cabinets to the ceiling. The vent is piped with 6” rigid duct with one 90 and a total run of 10’. The fan does pull smoke and steam from pots and pans toward the back of the cooktop. It is impractical to boil water at the back because those are small elements. Furthermore, the condensation is starting to get between the layers of glass on the door at the top left.

Wish the light over the stove was brighter but everything so far is good. I’ll tell you more in 5 years.

This is my second Whirlpool Microwave oven. The first one's touch pad quit and it cost just about as much to replace it as a new one.. We had to match the stuff that's already in our kitchen so we bought another one... It works fine and I hope it lasts longer that the other one..

Works great but the door is hard to open and close. Also door makes loud noise when opening and closing. Very annoying!

Works great. I chose this microwave because the door opens with little effort compared to my previous unit which was harder to open and the handle eventually failed. Installed led light bulb to save power but it does not turn off completely.

This particular model was lacking a few features that I had been used to having. The turntable did not have a OFF-ON switch. It did not have a sensor to determine length of cooking time, I exchanged it for an upgrade.

Great microwave! Purchased to replace our previous one that stopped heating! Debated on the steel color over all black, but glad we went with it because it looks sharp!

I love this microwave but the light bulb went out. Does it take a regular appliance light bulb?

Nice microwave. This model is basic but does the job as I don't need bells and whistles. It is also powerful and very nice looking. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars only because it is not super quiet. But overall, good value.

Bigger interior than previous units. Keypad is not backlit making it hard to see at night. Fan is fairly quiet on low. Installation was fairly easy with adequate instructions
