    don't bother purchasing this or Best Buy's 5 year warranty because when they replace the faulty product and they replace under the warranty it voids the warranty and you don't get your money back you paid for the useless warranty

    Rediculous service. Ordered all appliances over a month ago and still have yet to get them. Keep calling us to reschedule our order and everytime we reschedule, they call us to reschedule again the day of. Have called and asked to speak with a manager multiple times get told we will get a call back and never do. Do not recommend getting appliances delivered from best buy!!

    microwave only lasted 2 years

    We spent a lot of money on a whole kitchen set of new whirlpool appliances. At exactly two years the microwave has broken under light use. Reseach says its the magnatron which is a $160 part plus shipping. We could not even get 2 years from our microwave. That combined with the attitude of customer service has me taking a personal vow to never buy a ge/whilpool product again. So extremely dissapointed. Do NOT buy whilrlpoool..

    I wish I did not buy this microwave. After you’re done using your stove the fan automatically kicks on and doesn’t go off for like 40 minutes and it’s so loud you can barely hear the TV. I absolutely hate this feature pick another microwave

    This microwave died in a little less than 5 years. Considering the previous GE microwave lasted almost 15 years, I find this to be unacceptable.

    Wrong product in the box!! Extremely disappointing. Someone must have returned their old microwave and best buy sold it to me. It was a Samsung in the box, not the Whirlpool that l ordered.

    I purchased this two day ago and its not working as of today. Started to make loud sounds, didnt heat up about the 3rd time using it.. The mircowave looks good on the outside and that's it....

    5 months old and it's no longer working?? Videos say scrap it because it's most likely the circuit board. I would reconsider buying this one, it shouldn't be having issues right after I buy it!!
