Bought this to replace my GE model which lasted about a year and a half before it died. This Whirlpool is simple and it works. I’m not a big fan of all the presets built in to microwaves these days. The whole installation process was easy and the Geek Squad even took the old appliance for $15. My only complaint is that the power cord on the Whirlpool wasn’t as long as the old one. I wish that there was a way that they could have replaced the cord when they installed it. Not the fault of Besy Buy but it would be nice instead of having to install a power strip.

Love the style, lots of room inside. The controls are a little more complicated than my previous microwave, but once I get used to it, I am sure it will be fine!

Very satisfied with the microwave. Easy installation. Great value for the price and works exceptionally well. Huge space inside for big dishes and full size birds.

Good performance, but a little basic on features. It works well, but seems a like it has fewer features and a slightly "cheaper" appearance than the unit it replaced.

Its a great but basic microwave. No real frills but it works like a charm!

We had a hard time finding over the range hood microwaves bigger than 1.1 cubic ft. We were happy to find this one. The installation team showed up on time, installed it quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Best Buy's warehouse and operations team gets low marks however. There were several cancelled appointments because they didn't have the product in hand and, one time, tried to deliver an open box unit without a mounting bracket. Kudos to the installation contractor for bringing that to my attention. Once I got the store manager involved, he resolved the problem quickly.

I love this microwave its huge and it heats up fast

Excellent appliance. Works beautifully, and efficiently. We installed this ourselves, and had no issues. Very straight forward instructions.
