Quiet, smooth, evenly heats my food without the constant nagging reminder beeps. A good buy at a good price. This thing is the exact opposite of my wife.

First- fingerprints definitely show- everywhere! But it’s a good microwave so I can’t complain too much. It’s also a great size.

Tough to beat the price on this solid microwave. Makes great baked potatoes and is about as simple to operate as it gets. A bit loud but not so loud that it makes you want to leave the kitchen.

The microwave itself is easy to use and installation wasn’t bad. I bought it because our other one was older and I thought this would be more efficient. Well, it isn’t but it still works well. The biggest concern I have had is that I bought a new unit, and when I opened it, there was a dent on the top and on the side of the door. This is the second appliance that I have purchased from BestBuy that was found to be dented when I opened it’s box. It’s never easy to uninstall something that big, have to return it, and then wait to get a new one installed. That part is annoying.

Bought this for my mom. Does what she needs and isn't overly complicated. Looks nice too. Installation crew was awesome.

After nearly 20 years of use my old Kitchenaid Over-the-Range Microwave stopped heating so I needed to replace it QUICKLY...repair was not a feasible option. Best Buy was my go-to and in my mind Kitchenaid and Whirlpool are synonymous. I was very happy to find this Whirlpool model in stock and readily available at my local Best Buy. Easy installation and sleek design, it took me about a half day to adjust to the new microwave, Now, it's as if it's been there forever and I love it! It's the perfect capacity and has great features. I would definitely recommend this microwave!

We use it every day. Works well. But, the install was not a good experience. First one was installed by Best Buy sub-contractors that could have used some more training, particularly when setting up the exhaust. And the first one was dented so a replacement had to be reordered. When the replacement came it was delivered, the first one (dented one) was removed and taken away. We were then told that another crew would come by later and install it. They never showed. I then had to make three calls to get another installation appointment for the next day, which was finally taken care of.

This was easy to install, came with really great instructions. We had it up and running within the hour. Easy to use, quiet microwave. Love it!

Love this microwave!! Easy to use, clean and was a great price!

I have been pleased with this microwave. The size and wattage is as much as i would ever need. If your house is set up so the exhaust exits the roof instead of back into the kitchen you have to turn the blower around but the instructions where very clear and the process simple to perform during the installation. I am pretty sure all over the range microwave with fans are set up to exhaust back into the kitchen so dont let that be a negative. converting it to exhaust out the duct work i already had above the range was simple.

This microwave is the best one we have ever purchased. Works fast, heats thoroughly, easy to clean.

It is much quieter and easier to use than the previous unit. It has been easy to clean and we find that it is quite roomy. Had to change the light and that was a simple fix.

Kind of heavy and required two people to install and used additional brackets to ensure would not fall. Very sleek and easy to operate.
