It was my DIY project. Everything went smooth microwave works just great. Reasonable priced and easy to install

Wanted something nice but not too expensive and this was perfect for our small kitchen with not much space!

Bought this microwave open-box so there were cosmetic damages but nothing extremely severe. Microwave works great! Heats food evenly, and even faster than my old microwave with the same wattage. Only complaint if I’m nit picking is that it is a little loud in comparison to other microwaves I’ve used. At the end of the day im happy with it, solid purchase!

1.7 stainless steel microwave on sale for less than $200.00. Installation was easy, looks great and its an excellent purchase.

The unit feels tinny and cheap. The turntable does not turn off if not needed for a large item. Price was great at $216 out the door. It was what I could afford.

Julian Elsom made this all so easy! I'd picked out, paid for, and scheduled installation of a new microwave in under 20 minutes. The installers were early...professional and tidy and very efficient. Their work was completed in under 30 minutes. I had dreaded this whole process, but it was completely seamless. And, the microwave is terrific, too!

This simple but much needed microwave, loos great and works great.

I like the appearance of the microwave and its basic functions are fine. I do not like the high pitched 4 beeps when the cycle is completed. I have found the defrost function not user-friendly. I miss the "express" 1, 2, 3, 4 minute options that were a function of my previous microwave. And the single undermonted light is at the far back so it doesn't light the stovetop as well.

This microwave heats so much quicker than my old one. The defrost feature is great. So far it’s done a great job without cooking the meat in the process. The only problem I had was the instructions were very vague. I had to go online to find out how to use the preset features. You have to open the door to find the number that corresponds with the feature you need. However this microwave works so great I didn’t mind the inconvenience.

My whirlpool microwave is fantastic. It was easy to install under the cupboard. I’m learning you don’t notice your microwave isn’t up to par. Mine was over ten years old when it finally gave up its job. Also a Whirlpool. Keep on cooking out there!

We're happy both with the microwave and with the installation process/ workers. The microwave, itself, is a little deeper than the one we had, so it protrudes slightly more than before, but it works very well, which is what mattered to us. Thank you!

Mostly use for re-heating coffee and food. It is easy to use and very quiet compared to other one we had.

It's nice to have a microwave, again. Fits perfectly and is easy to use. No good instructions in the packet, though, and manual online doesn't match so still looking into that. But basics work just fine. I like that it is easy to keep clean and the grease filter pops right out for easy cleaning, too. Guys at Best Buy were really helpful and drive up pick up was faster than if I'd gone inside! Hope they keep that service.

Just a great little oven. I love how it looks and the design is terrific. Does everything you expect it to do easily.

The microwave works well and is easy to use. It gets smudges pretty easily, but that’s normal for stainless steel.
