This is a really great microwave. It works perfectly and the installation was flawless. I admit that I wasn't looking forward to the installation. I have a glass top stove. The microwave is right above it. My old microwave had to be removed first. Then the new one installed. The gentleman that did the installation was beyond excellent. Thank you Best Buy.

I change my samsung for this one and i made a good decision, it look and works better

I did not need a fancy microwave, as I use one mainly for reheating food or cooking frozen vegetables. No frills with limited options but priced accordingly.

It was very simple to install. Although Whirlpool could help by keeping the power cord and upper screws in the same location as their previous models. The unit it replaced was and 18 year old Whirlpool unit and it weighed a good 70lbs. The new one went in easily after making the necessary cuts for the power cord and one of the upper screws. The template provided helped a lot. As that old saying goes, “if Momma’s happy everyone’s happy”.

good price on microwave but installation cost was almost as costly. New one didn't fit spot without trimming cupboards.

I had an untidy tenant destroy the last one so I could not afford to buy brand new all over again thankfully, it was easy to find an open box item with Best Buy, and grabbed it, installed it, and everyone loves the new nuker.

We’ve had this microwave for about a month. Had to replace a similar model that had finally died after 11 years. It looks nice, and it works perfectly. Hate the smudgy fingerprints on the handle, so I wipe the handle every night.

So far so good . Was easy to install nice and sleek design. Seems to have alot of power. Usually stick with samsung but not lately and im glad i made the switch

We just bought this to finish out a matching kitchen. Replaced a 10+ year Haier that worked perfectly fine still so hoping this will be just as good as it's not actually installed OTR and not getting baked above a stove! The included templates made it super easy to mount, just remember that one of the templates is part of the packaging so don't destroy it :) Didn't get lucky enough to have the old mount match well enough....
