Easy to install - Missing some features from my older machine - I miss several of the pre-set items ie potatoe, pizza and popcorn. My old machine had a shelf and was able to heat more items at once - but this one works fine.

I had an untidy tenant destroy the last one so I could not afford to buy brand new all over again thankfully, it was easy to find an open box item with Best Buy, and grabbed it, installed it, and everyone loves the new nuker.

Very nice microwave , it has a good sturdy feel to it and it has cooked everything that we have tried really well. The reheat chart doesn't cover as much as our old unit but it's still very acceptable and seems to be accurate. It is a great looking microwave and adds a nice look to our kitchen. All in all we are very happy with this purchase.

This is our second microwave of the same brand and model. Absolutely awesome microwave. You can never go with Whirlpool no matter what appliance you are considering.

Bought this since my Samsung microwave burned out. Installation was pretty easy. It does have a louder fan when being used, but it does cook my food a lot quicker. I definitely would get this microwave again.
