Looks great and easy to use should have bought it a long time ago

This microwave replaced another whirlpool microwave that stopped heating food after 11 years. Functionality is similar to old one. Installation was easy because I could use old support bar and holes to secure microwave in top were exactly the same. That's one reason I chose to get another whirlpool hoping that would be the case.

Works great, fits perfectly in the space from the old one.

This microwave is great. It looks very nice and cooks the food great. Once the fan kicked on and I was confused and then I read that if you are cooking on the stovetop the vent fan may come on to prevent damage. So, I thought that this was a great feature. My old microwave cracked probable for that reason. This microwave has a lot of room inside without looking like that on the exterior.

Easy to use, does its job, and looks beautiful! Great for the price too.

simple, effective, easy installation, and good value for the money

I love my new microwave. The stainless steel finish matches my refrigerator and my stove, which is great. The turntable works really well. Not a lot of excess buttons or programs to confuse the more mature user. The only issue I find with it is it does not have a keep warm setting, which I have used quite frequently in the past on my old microwave.

Not sure exactly why, but my existing whirpool decided that the hard life of a microwave was no longer the life it wanted. Fortunately BB just happened to have this model in stock and ready to go. It perfectly fit the existing mounting points, it included ALL the hardware (which I didn't need but still nice) and very straightforward instructions of how to prep it for various mounting types. It matches my other whirpool appliances perfectly and while it has very limited features, the power output is fantastic, the vent fan is strong but not overly loud, and it does exactly what I need it to do. Still looking for a way to lower the volume of the beep but other than that its a fantastic if not simple microwave and I'm glad I didn't have to change brands!

I've had it a about a month. Works great so far as a replacement for my Whirlpool 1.9 Cu Ft. microwave, but seems just slightly cheaper made with just a few less not so necessary features but so far I am definitely glad I bought it.

Works fine, controls are simple to use. Not as many cooking features as other microwaves in the price range. We will see if it is reliable over the long term. Installation was a bit difficult as microwave did not mount in the existing space without some modifications, such as drilling new holes for the mounting bolts, and removing some wood strips in the space over the range in order for it to fit,

I think this is a great product? It looked great in the box but it didn't fit our existing brackets/space. So I got stuck having to repurchase the other brand even though I really wanted this Whirlpool. We have Whirlpool fridge and it's going strong and this had great reviews so I think you can't go wrong with this assuming your brackets have no issues.

This microwave fit perfectly over the stove and is a nice size and easy to use!
