I installed the microwave myself and it was fairly easy. The only issue I had was that the "template" from the top of the box was a little off. There was no damage to the cardboard but the pre-punched wholes were slightly off center and I had to measure the alignment to ensure I did not install anything crooked. Other than that, the microwave works great.

My old microwave went out and best buy had a great sale on this microwave that day. It was relatively easy to install by myself. Just READ THE DIRECTIONS and follow them 100% and you won't have any issues. Works great and looks great.

Build quality is excellent and it was very easy to mount above our stove. We have had it for about a year now and has given no issues at all, still works like the day we bought it.

Whirlpool has always been our go-to for appliances. We purchased this back in Feb when they had a great sale going on for President's Day. Installation was simple and didn't take any time to get our microwave up and running. Great addition to our kitchen!

Purchased to replace my 1989 Whirlpool over the range microwave. Looked at several different brands and sizes before deciding on this one. Absolutely love this microwave! Huge cooking space. Cooks and heats foods perfectly. Easy to operate.

This is really sleek looking, works well and can't really find anything that I dislike except I do get a 'door' error message at times, however not a deal breaker. Really like Whirlpool appliances.

I looked around for awhile to get a good basic high rated under cabinet wave. It was an open box first one was dented brought back to Best Buy they sent me a new one for 2$ less looks like it still had a small dent on side but not enough to Take it back a second time. We have had it a month now and it does warm everything we place in it. It is inexpensive and I can’t justify having a convection oven and would probably never learn to Use it.

Great microwave at a great price. My previous microwave kept tripping the fuse box. This new one is solid.

I bought this to replace a 15 year old Whirlpool Microwave. Since all I had to do is take down the old and put in the new, installing this Whirlpool Microwave was very easy. The function of this microwave is also great.

We were saddened to view a very limited selection of Microwave units for over-the-range until we checked out Best Buy. They had the exact color, biscuit, which has become difficult to find in other stores. They had it at the Christiana location within three days. Installation was simple. A fine unit. Very simple to install and very easy to use...you will like it

This is our 2nd purchase of the same microwave for our multi family rental. Great price for a long lasting microwave. Our 1st one is already 3 years old and no complaints yet. Hoping it will last for a long time.

Bought this microwave and used it for about 2 months. Thats right boys she took the microwave in the break up it happens. This thing was great tho super quiet and all around amazing.

Straight forward operation and plenty of interior space. It heats things up quickly. My only critique is the lack of volume control. As far as I can see this model only allows for on/off volume rather than low/high.
