Great price and works perfect......................

I purchased a new home this year and discovered after moving in there was no microwave. I found this microwave that was perfect to fit over my Whirlpool range.

Nothing fancy, but this microwave gets the job done. Food heats very quickly and it is spacious. I would definitely recommend.

It works great. It is a basic model and you can tell it as the door sounds rather tinnie when it closes. Other than that it is fine.

This microwave is really nice. Not too heavy for an over the range model, which definitely helped when installing. Runs quietly as compared to others we have had in the past.

Purchased this for my father to replace his microwave. He was able to install it himself after watching YouTube which saved the installation fee but it works great and we are happy!

I haven’t had a chance to actually cook in it but the microwave is working out well for reheats. I’m very pleased with how spacious the inside cabinet is and with the overall appearance.

This microwave is very easy to use...we only use it to warm items and occasionally a baked potato or frozen foods designed for the microwave. controls are simple and it works great

Love the style, lots of room inside. The controls are a little more complicated than my previous microwave, but once I get used to it, I am sure it will be fine!

It is big, has a light that dims and a fan with 2 settings. Looks nice in my kitchen.

The microwave is great but my problem is having to deal with a call center "off shore" Not once, but twice, I had to physically go to the store & that's not acceptable with my health issues. Since it's impossible to communicate with the store, I guess I won't be doing future business with Best Buy. The call center is a joke and a waste of time. The other problem was install scheduling. I was scheduled for morning install & they finally arrived at 4:00 P.M. Does the Geek Squad even care? The installers just laughed that they'd cost me an entire day of waiting for them, but they were nice guys. They just said they'd started their day in Trussville because that was where they picked up the truck. What's the point of giving a customer a designated window? Maybe inept actions is why you use a call center. Keeps employees from having to be accountable for their actions. Product good / service stunk.
