The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is a little noisier than our last microwave, other than that it has been great and no issues.

There is no control to stop the turntable from turning. Our two previous microwaves had these and we were wrong to assume it is standard. we were told about all the other features that it has but most people want to know the basics and you can read the features in the manual. You can work around the turn table issue by removing the glass and plastic ring when needed, and it still works fine. We were we were never told the it had only one light in the back. Any microwave has cabinets on both sides and minimal height below cabinets.

I took advantage of the black Friday deal with buying 2 appliances and getting the $100 gift card. The microwave was $169 on sale. I like how easy the door opens compared to the other. It has cooked everything so far to satisfaction. Looks very nice with the rest of the stainless appliances in the kitchen.

Only after installing did I notice the door on the right side is off 1/4 inch, so there is a noticeable gap between the top of the microwave and the top of the door. This is obviously a quality control issue at the Whirlpool factory.

I purchased black non-stainless steel. The only disappointment has been the noise the vent makes when it opens and closes. The delivery and setup was excellent. The texts were courteous, friendly and professional.
