    Just installed. Renovation not complete Micro not used at this time. Not a top of the line Model yet adequate for everyday needs Sales rep Bob always very nice, always goes out of the way to answer questions and accommodate. Does not “smother” the customer but avails himself when needed Price ok, order/delivery good. Installation: Good instructions and template. Connecting the prongs to the slots was a bit tedious given the size and weight, however “do-a-bel”.

    This is our 3rd Whirlpool microwave. The first one worked for years until our son accidently got water into the top of it when cleaning it. Second one quit working due to a power surge. We know how well this one works and normally lasts, so we bought the same one again!
