Great microwave. Love the features and that it is convection as well

Purchased open box but was in perfect condition. Didn't realize how advanced it is until I installed it and started playing around with all the features. Overall everything has been great, automatic cooking functions have been very useful. Frequently use the convection feature. Answer a few basic questions about what you're cooking and it gets it done

Good microwave...the autosensor feature on the popcorn isn't as good as our old one but still did a good job...wish it had the direct minute buttons our old one had but all in all good purchase

This microwave is a amazing, and the convection oven works great. It will take a while to figure out all that it can do. My daughter has taken a renewed interest in cooking and trying different recipes. This is the first microwave that I’ve had that pops almost all the popcorn in a bag without burning it. Having a second oven is great.

Still learning all it’s options but so far loving it.

I have purchased whirlpool for so long, it is just my go to brand. They have always lasted and do well. I like how this microwave has no handles and easy to operate.

Ordering the microwave was simple with help from the live chat dept. The product was delivered one time and the install was kind of easy too The microwave work really well and the scan feature make cooking easier. The convection wooks really good too, don’t have to heat up the house with the oven.

The two gentlemen did a great job delivering the Micro/Convection Oven The Removed the old one, installed the new and made sure it worked. Picked up all packing material, except for the new oven wouldn't know they were ever here.

So far we are enjoying this appliance. It is hands down better than the GE oven that was replaced. However, it was damaged either before installation or during installation. I have been promised a replacement.

Nice microwave although the phone app is very complicated to use and none of the codes will read to cook time with app but that has nothing to do with microwave although I would buy the 100 cheaper one that’s not finger resistant I can still see smudges but it’s amaZing good buy

Cooking features are excellent. Runs quieter than our pervious microwave (12 years old). However the fan noise is louder than our previous microwave. Disappointed in how loud fan system is when it is on.
