Decadent microwave it does what it supposed to do.

I bought this after someone almost burned down our old microwave. The installation was pretty easy, my wife used one hand to hold it in place while I put the screws in. It's easy enough to use. The fan is very loud, which can be a bit annoying. For the price, I can deal with a noisy fan.

It is working well so far. I think it is a good price for the product.

The unit has everything you’d expect from a good microwave. The exhaust fan even works and lines up where the old duct was. The exhaust fan goes on automatically if the temp from the stovetop is too high. And Best Buy made delivery easy! We are happy with this purchase.

We bought this particular microwave because we knew that it would fit exactly in the space we had. It works well but seems to take a little longer to cook that some other microwaves we have had. Would only get fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Can't stand the stains and marks on appliances without it.

This microwave was a replacement for an old one that served its purpose. For the price it has all the basic features but I have to say it has a great finish and looks nicer than what the price suggests. Does it's job as supposed while having nice and simple controls.

So far- no complaints. The only thing that I did not like was there was no instruction booklet to describe all the different settings.

Best Buy did a wonderful job installing the microwave. They took care to prepare the space before beginning and did an excellent job. However, the microwave is of poor quality. I read several reviews and did tons of product research but missed a few things. There is no quick start buttons, something I truly miss.

I purchased this the beginning of the pandemic and it sat till I felt safe having someone in my house to install it. I finally have it up and love it! The wait was long but worth it!!

Nice microwave but cannot see the panel without reading glasses since numbers are small and not lit. The light is in the back of the unit instead of the front so not much illumination. Miss my precious LG brand.

Was skeptical of Best Buy products and pricing.....but...gotta tell you...they proved me wrong! Perfect Microwave...Perfect Price...my first dinner from new Microwave from Best Buy is "CROW"...
