    Had to switch back to Whirlpool. Tried about brand, but product didn't last. We love the style and service we have received from Whirlpool products.

    I purchased the whirlpool microwave after seeing so many great reviews. Within 1 year of using the appliance an smoke smell starting coming from under the plate. I removed the plug for safety and called whirpool who confirmed that the product parts or product would be replaced free of charge. Whirpool sent Guinco Service - Appliance Repair Company on Friday, October 15th but that was no help. I have filed a complaint with Whirlpool as this product is a safety hazard. DO NOT BUY.

    Not even a year and it seems like it is going to break down ! Cant use the warranty with Whirlpool because we would need to SHIP it to them then install again!! AH!

    The the light underneath lightbulb burned out after a few month. We put a new one in and it stopped functioning altogether.

    Quit working after less than 18 months

    Loved this microwave until it made weird popping noises and stopped working yesterday. Family of 3, so not overly used and it was kept clean. No reason for a Microwave to stop Working so soon. Bought it in November 30, 2018 and it died May 14, 2020.

    Im sure this is a good microwave... it just didnt fit in the space that the measurement guy said it would. My fault for trusting someone else's measurements.

    We have already waited a month and it will be at least another month until the product ships. Don’t realize how much you use a microwave until you don’t have one. ☹️

    I purchased the Whirlpool product, but Best Buy delivered a GE and won't take it back because I didn't open the box and realize THEY made a mistake.

    The microwave has lots of space. Mine started making a weird clicking noise and shutting off. It still works after another try.
