Within 1 year of using the appliance an smoke smell starting coming from under the plate. I removed the plug for safety and called whirpool who confirmed that the product parts or product would be replaced free of charge. Whirpool sent Guinco Service - Appliance Repair Company on Friday, October 15th but that was no help. I have filed a complaint with Whirlpool as this product is a safety hazard. DO NOT BUY.

Quit working after less than 18 months

Family of 3, so not overly used and it was kept clean. No reason for a Microwave to stop Working so soon. Bought it in November 30, 2018 and it died May 14, 2020.
