    This thing looks get and has so many bells and whistles I can't list them. We love our new microwave. It was easy to install too.

    All this beeping is really annoying. It should by default be mute or more silent. Then as I am trying to mute from menu the keypad goes into lock mode. This damaged the keypad and made it unresponsive.

    Died in less than a year

    I’ve had the microwave for 10 months and it just died. It sparked with the metal tray in it a couple months after install so we removed the tray. Two days ago, it stopped working while I was heating something up.

    Piece of a junk. Should have known better after the last one blew up after only 1 year. I rarely use it and the turntable is already not functioning. I’ve trying to power on and off and it still isn’t working. Save yourself the time and money. Buy something else!

    The sensor cooking is worthless. A previous Whirlpool with sensor I had was perfect for cooking everything. This one will sensor cook for 3 to 5 times longer than it should meaning it ruins 100% of food set to sensor cook.

    Damaged during packaging

    The microwave came damaged with dents on the right side and top and scratches on the front. This was either due to improper packaging by Whirlpool or mishandling by Best Buy during shipping. I'm currently waiting for a replacement to be shipped and installed.

    Literally worked for 2 years and it’s done. Makes a loud hum and smells like burnt plastic. Not under warranty so out the money. Will not buy again…praying our other appliances last.

    I had a bad experience with this product. I have got it replaced twice as the Microwave was damaged in the box itself. I am waiting for the new piece to arrive because the item is back-ordered and currently managing with a slightly damaged one.

    Loved this microwave for two months, until it started smoking and I noticed there was an electrical fire on the inside of the unit/behind the keypad area. Noticed whirlpool had a recall on similar like models for potential fire hazard; this particular model is not listed on the recall.

    I need to reschedule the installation of this item. I cannot get anyone to talk to me in any way. The Geek squad cut the cord on my current machine and did not install the new one or help me reschedule. My in home advisor will not call me. Please help.
