    The washer flooded the room the first time I used it. After a week, the Geek Squad came and declared it defective. It took another week for a new machine to be delivered from Baltimore. It was installed without having been balanced and was still unusable. On the 25th day of ownership, I finally washed with the machine. The Power button sometimes takes multiple tries to turn on. All the various options are complicated, and the instructions are confusing. The machine often stops on the spin cycle and the clothes have to be rearranged, even though they don't appear unbalanced. The good point is that it washes well.

    The power button is so sensitive that I have to push it 5-10 times before it actives but the start button works just fine. I can only wash one sheet at a time. No, really, if I try to put in a queen size set of sheets it adds time and I have to run the spin only cycle again. I had a repair man come in and tell me "yeah, 2 pairs of jeans is about all you can wash and sheets can only be washed one at a time." I replaced a GE 2.2 cu. ft. washer that was a dream. I tried to exchange it within 30 days I didn't realize Best Buy has a 14 day return policy on appliances. Regrettably I didn't run a load until 15 days after it was delivered.

    the control panel keeps breaking

    The control panel broke a few months after i purchased at Best Buy. Yesterday, the door to the machine was open and it turned on and starting the wash cycle, keep in mind no clothes were inside nor water. 2nd repair since 3/29/20 purchase and whirlpool customer service is impossible to get through unless you can devote a whole day to waiting. They repaired it through the warranty and now can't find me in their system. I'm sorely disappointed and will never purchase a Whirlpool product again since you can't even facilitate a repair easily.

    Piece of Garbage

    I bought this washer in June because I needed a small unit to fit in my laundry room. I should have known it would be a problem when they told me it couldn't be delivered until the end of July. I kept going with the purchase, much to my regret now. This washer has been nothing but trouble since he beginning. The buttons are hard to press at best, and I have had a service technician out here TWICE now to repair it. Turns out it needs a new part. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this piece of garbage unit.

    Faulty washing machine missing latch

    This was missing a latch so the door wouldn’t close. The guys delivers it and we were unaware it was broken. We didn’t realize until we tried to use it. Best Buy was great in the return, but it was very frustrating.

    The buttons do not register all the time The machine turns on but does nothing after 1 months of use I did get the warranty but turns out for the first year repairs are through whirlpool Set up repair date with whirlpool, they could not give me a time frame of arrival, no communication at all before repair date

    Washer started the pump in the middle of the night. Cannot reset machine as per factory tech instructions. Now waiting to hear back on warranty service. Has been 2 days now and we can't use the machine

    Similar to feedback from others, this washer has serious issues. It stopped working after 4 loads (and 1 day shy of the Best Buy return policy). Returned this and would not recommend that anyone purchase.

    The digital display on these washers and dryers is a complete nightmare mine is already gone out within the first year! And I bought the extended warranty which means nothing because whirlpool wants to be the first one to fix it or touch it within the first year which is also been a problem. This should’ve been explained to me when I purchased the item how the warranty works.

    ZERO STARS Almost a month, still doesn't work, activating warranty was a major hasstle, warranty company ordered control board, still needs something else? The wsit continues! Not sure if it will ever work? Probably should have returned but transported it myself to my property in Maryland...what a nightmare sadly...

    Broken in less than 2 months. We purchased this on 7/24/2021. Worked great, loved it. Yesterday it wouldn't work. You can select the cycle you want, then the only thing that happens is the timer counts down.

    We received text washer would be delivered Aug 6. Drove 4 hours, rearranged work schedule, hired pet sitter. At 830 am 8-6-20 received call would be delivered at 11am. Later received call item did not come in. Totally disappointed not happy!!!

    Product not described well. Very, very odd mechanisms, installation and operation. Less than one month and hast worked for two weeks. Wish I’d read more reviews because NO ONE is happy with this machine.

    Received washer and once, setup didn’t even turn on. In hooking it up, also discover it only has one hose connection. COLD water only. More expensive then The Lg, Samsung and GE also. It’s a piece of junk! Returning it!
