    I tried to buy this recently. Has 3 delivered - 2 had spray-on insulation leaking out of the top (plus a dent) and the other the delivery crew wouldn't even take off the truck. Unless you're buying in scratch and dent, don't bother.

    Limited space in freezer and refrigerator area ; no way to move the fridge glass trays . The door hinges make a noise when the door is opened and closed.

    This refrigerator was a disaster. 5 visits and 3 refrigerators later I bought the same product (only because it was the only thing I could get that fit) from a different vendor and so far it seems to work. The first one leaked which was concluded to be an install issue. The second time they came to replace it they concluded a clip was missing so they fixed it and left it. All was well until the ice maker filled - more water on the floor. So they brought a new refrigerator which didn’t leak but it also didn’t cool properly and never froze anything. Somewhere in there the water stopped discharging. Ugh. While the installers were always lovely I don’t know what to think. Clearly the second fridge was just defective but the experience was terribly frustrating.

    Even though I like my fridge so far. I was advised that I’m missing a shelf. When I tried to call and inquire I had to talk call center nothing resolved

    This refrigerator runs like an old tractor. Parts were missing, it needed a filter after only 2 months, the set up is horrible. The only positive is that it is flush with my counter.

    Beware of Whirlpool and their horrible service

    I bought this refrigerator as an open box item that had been a floor model only. Less than a month later, the refrigerator side stopped chilling. Two days later, the freezer side stopped working. When I called Whirlpool for warranty support, I was initially only given an option for a callback to discuss the issue 3 days later. I finally got a live person and the soonest that they could send someone was 2 weeks later. I chose to return the appliance and get an LG which is a dream.

    the fridge is bigger than the space inside. Freezer is small with few storage space. Cool side is also small but it has a little more space. Not worth the $1500 I paid for. I should have stuck with a traditional fridge

    I can't STAND this refrigerator. I've lost hundreds of dollars in produce, milk, and dairy products because you can't adjust the temperature and if anything is stored anywhere near the freezer, it freezes it. Forget putting lettuce, cucumbers, or watermelon in this thing.
