Q: Can I order an extra shelf for the freezer? If so, can you please send me a link to the page?
A: The shelves are so ridiculously priced. I ended up just buying .22 inch thick plexiglass and putting white trim on it for $20. Lowes can cut it for you or you can order it online
Q: How many shelves in the freezer? Can I purchase additional shelves?
A: There are 4 shelves if you count the one on the bottom drawer. You can technically add 3 more shelves but I found that adding 2 was more practical. If you add one of the potential shelves you would only leave a few inches to store items, so I didn’t add a shelf there. You can purchase online at several online appliance stores. I waited until I received the fridge before ordering shelves so I knew exactly what size to get because depending on the location the sizes are different.
A: Mine has - 3 shelves and 3 crisper drawers in the refrigerator. Plus 5 bins on the door. 4 shelves and 1 drawer in the freezer. Plus 3 bins on the door.
Q: Water from dispenser is room temp is there something wrong ?
A: Ours is also room temp from water dispenser. I'm not sure their product said chilled water. I'm just happy it's filtered. Hit the crushed/cubed ice first, then water, it's all good...
