Sleek and stylish
I love the fridge. Stands a little crooked but that could be my floor. Would be nice if the feet were adjustable but we just shim it. The led lighting is very nice and I love the lighting on the water dispenser. Could use one additional shelf in the freezer and an additional door caddy in fridge, but all in all it works great and I love it. A good value for the price. We have a small kitchen so the counter depth works well despite losing a little bit of storage. Looks really sleek. Ice maker works great.

BEST BUY IS THE BEST & LOVE MY WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE!
Whirlpool & Best Buy a WINNING COMBINATION!!!! Bought this for our new home just constructed in Aubrey, TX. Pretty sure it was the store in Denton. I bought the fridge over the phone. It was a breeze. Back in early March 2021 refrigerators were hard to get especially counter depth. Best Buy is the only company within 50 miles of our home that could deliver without delay and their price was better than all the rest. I shopped fridges in great detail, read all the manuals! This fridge is exactly what I was looking for and matches the other Whirlpool kitchen appliances. It's counter depth and the size offers enough room to open the door all the way next to a wall. The ice and water dispenser is great, lights up, water comes out at good rate and is chilled, has a door ajar alarm and so much more. If I need to clean a fridge drawer, I pull it out a tad to open the door beyond 90 degrees to do that task, which isn't too often to be of concern. It's a great fridge, looks good, is very quiet, has a decent amount of shelves and large door storage. Came with the air filter, water filter and copper line, and Best Buy delivered and installed. In addition to Whirlpool kitchen appliances we have the Whirlpool washer and dryer. My husband and I are very pleased with Whirlpool products and the customer service representatives. They totally understand what I need when I call, they listen carefully and are very knowledgeable. I've yet to find anyone who didn't treat me like a special customer. In these strange times, moving into a new home isn't easy but Best Buy SAVED THE DAY. Best Buy has a wonderful regional business manager who called me from her cell phone while she was out doing business, took the time to talk to me about the order, plus the customer service representative who I initially worked with over the phone, at the local store was just as wonderful. He put me in touch with her-Real Teamwork! These people really care and are very competent. They understand competition. Sounds odd but the reps at Best Buy treated me as if I was their Best Friend.

Nice fridge with a few things to be aware of...
We bought this fridge on sale during Thanksgiving week because the ice maker on our old fridge went out sometime ago and we finally decided to just get a new fridge. We decided that a counter depth would probably give us a little more room as well in our kitchen the way it is laid out with the island so we decided on that style. It definitely has given us more room and it was immediately noticeable how much less space it took up being counter depth which was exactly what my wife and I wanted. It could hold just about all the food from our old Fridge which was a regular size side by side. The only real gripe we have had so far is that there is a place for one more shelf in the Freezer but it wasn't included and from what my wife has looked at online it is going to be between $80 and $90 to get another freezer shelf. There is also room for another door shelf on the fridge side that with how we have them arranged could have have had another shelf on the door so we are looking to order one of those which I believe is going to be between $30 and $40. Other than the gripes about the missing shelving we have been happy with it so far. It makes ice pretty quickly and we haven't run out of ice yet! It also has an auto-fill feature once you calibrate it so i can put my coffee pot under it and tell it to fill 50 ml and it automatically fills for me to setup 10 cups coffee for the next morning without standing there holding it. Installation from Best Buy was great as well and rather painless installing this one...not so much for when they had to remove the old one but they got it out.
