You pay 1700 for a refrigerator, it shouldn’t rattle that soon. Called whirlpool and they are sending a tech. Luckily it’s under warranty!

It's so annoying the food get frozen, eggs, milk, fruits everything. DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR. unless if you don't mind throwing away food. I am very upset, when you need something you can't use it BECAUSE ITS FROZEN EGGS MILK. I haven't contacted the guarantee I bought but I will. I shouldn't have this issues since the item is new. DO NOT BUY IT.

worst fridge ever

I purchased the fridge in Jan 2020, and from the beginning it was freezing food in the refrigerator section. I called whirlpool and they sent a repair co over. The diagnosis was a bad motor (already). Today, months later (in August 2020). I am still waiting for the part that has not come in I have spent countless hours contacting both the Whirlpool, the repair company and even though the part request has been "escalated" I have yet to resolve the matter. I had to buy a new refrigerator, while still paying for this one when it does not work properly.

Terrible space, top two shelves freeze

This was the quickest counter depth we could get. Maybe its because its a side by side, but the freezer organization is absolutely terrible. There's barely any room for anything and it all ends up stacked on top of each. Taking anything at all out of the freezer is a game of catching everything else that falls out because of it. To top it all off, the top two shelve of the refrigerator constantly freeze despite having space for vents.

Another disappointment

This is the second time the handle on the left door is coming loose. Today I called for someone to come out and they are unable to do so telling me about warranty….not eve a year old. Like my other items purchased in a bundleI I paid in full. Don’t wast your money, disappointed!

I asked about damage because I was skeptical and was told the item was in “excellent “ condition and the discount was because the actual box was messed up during shipping, not the refrigerator. Brought the item home and the entire freezer door was crushed as if it were dropped from a truck.

The Whirlpool repairman said it was my house making it loud. He didn’t even look at it. Yet another repairman said there is an issue with the fan and it should not be so loud. The fan runs for hours and shuts off anywhere from 3 minutes to 40 minutes. Very disappointed In the product.
