    From the first month that i bought this the food started freeziong in the refrigerator side and the ice container gets frost in it. I keep having to call whirlpool and they say that is normal. Food freezing in the refrigerator side is NOT NORMAL. wish I had never downgraded my fridge and now I'm stuck with this pece of crap.

    Junk workmanship

    I bought this frig in April, 2019. Today the ice maker stopped working. I called Whirlpool and they said you bought it you eat it. I called local serviceman and he explained that what was wrong with the ice maker was faulty wiring by Whirlpool. It is a manufacturing defect. The wiring to the ice maker has to be replaced. A $1400 refrigerator that last almost two years is not a good buy. So buy another brand that is not made by Whirlpool.

    Too Early To Tell

    Today is Feb. 3. The scheduled delivery/instal is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 20 (which interestingly is a Sunday). Therefore we don't have this nor the stove, nor the microwave, nor the dish washer to review. The pictures look nice. We hope the real items proved to be as nice. Does BB know what it has scheduled????

    not happy with Best Buy. Second time delivery was cancelled. Never contacted 2nd time. Called to find out when they were coming. Second time I had to move appliances back.

    I would give a 0 if it was possible. Everurhing you could imagine went wrong with this purchase. From drlivery to the product performance. Unfortunately, the item we purchased was defective after several attempts to get it working and setup.

    Product was listed as open box in excellent condition. When customer service brought it out, there were scratches all over. Instead of offering to lower the condition of the fridge along with the price, the manager said my only option was to return it. I installed it anyway because as long as it worked, I’d be ok. One week later, I realized the ice maker had not produced any ice ever since I purchased it.

    The rattle has begun

    We purchased in Jul2019 and already the motor has developed a very loud rattle. Without the additional purchase of BestBuy support, we now have to research and hire a Whirlpool certified repair company/person and pursue warranty repair. For a large appliance, theoretically designed to last years, problems at 6mo seems pathetic.

    A terrible refrigerator freezes food on shelf at normal temps Only bought it because it fit space. Terrible appliance. Can't wait for it to fail to get another brand. And it appears it will konk-out due to poor quality

    Freezes food in fridge

    Whirlpool has gone downhill over the years. Very dissatisfied as it freezes food even when top shelf is empty. Definitely not enough room for all my family’s food. Whirlpool should furnish shelves for each space mad available instead of charging more for extra shelves.

    Unfortunately, the compressor emits a continuous whistling sound, like tinnitus. Whirlpool service was here and told us this was normal. Very disappointing, very annoying. I have no idea what we can do now.

    Refrigerator stopped cooling 2 days after Best Buy installed it and all the food inside spoiled. Best Buy had already removed the old fridge but then said it would take over 6 weeks to get a replacement.

    Cheap made. I prefer kitchenaid but they stop making counter depth 69 tall. Whirlpool is very fragile inside. It’s not a fridge for a family with young kids.
