    Poor design. Not much room especially with lights eating up space. I traded it for a bottom freezer design, which has been great.

    Terrible delivery experience. I ended up having it returned and I bought the same refrigerator from Lowes who delivered and installed it without a hitch. I will NEVER use Best buy again for appliances.

    Bought at Best Buy because I knew I could also arrange for installation. Had leaking for week after install, floor damaged and leaked into unit below mine. Very difficult dealing with Best Buy since. I do not recommend buying at Best Buy.

    The ice goes all over the floor when you're filling up a cup. 48 hours to make 20th ice cubes. Would not recommend if to nobody

    Freezer did not work on arrival. Returned item. Store wasn't very accommodating for my troubles. Purchased a different brand/model at a different store.

    The frig is making my food freeze and the freezer is covered in ice/frost. I've only had it one month. Customer service had no answers

    Don’t buy if you like ice

    Unusable ice dispenser, I called the manufacturer, was told that ice maker must be defrosted every 2 weeks. So they make a crappie design, and won’t service the problem. I had a Samsung for 10 years, never defrosted the ice maker. Crap design.

    I am looking for a fridge that is counter depth, with ice maker, water dispenser, water filter and finger print resistant. - counter depth, this is Perfect :) - Ice maker and ice filter - works great - Finger resistant, Oh i'm not sure if this is for the whole surface of the fridge or just the Door handle??? Been so annoy with the finger print anywhere. Also, my house is quiet and this fridge it not :( Not that satisfied but maybe I just need to adjust with it.
