very, very adequate. I went to best buys one Saturday to exchange another refrigerator that I bought a couple of weeks prior to that day. Alas, it was too big for my kitchen so I wanted to exchange it with a smaller one and I found this and thought this one answered my concern. So I exchanged it. Now I put all my food in it and still, there is plenty of space left for more food. What more do I need from a refrigerator? After all, a refrigerator is there to keep the food cool so it doesn't go bad. Unless I start putting my neighbor's food, I don't need any bigger refrigerator that this size. Thank you.

We like our new refrigerator, but had to adjust to the compressor sound, which louder than our previous refrigerator. Also disappointed with not being able to store things on the top left shelf close to the air flow which could freeze liquids.

We like our frig/freezer side/by/side counter depth. There seemed to be two shelves missing in the freezer unit... I guess they think we don't need them. We got two tempered glass shelves made for a very reasonable cost. I fashioned a couple of metal baskets to hold our frozen food. All is good now.

Whirlpool is the only affordable option readily available during this appliance shortage. It has ample space and works well. Best value for the price.

Good Refrigerator, the interior is small but adequate. Shelf configuration is very basic. It runs quetly and the ice works well. Water dispenser is not very tall, doesnt work with some water bottles. Overall it is a good Fridge

I bought this to replace a Bosch refrigerator that turned out to be unreliable in spite of its brand name. This is a smidge smaller, but it holds everything I need and then some. The electronics are a little confusing when I want to change a setting, but mostly I don't need to. I like reliability a lot!

I like the fridge, but, it was missing two glass shelves for the freezer. When I went to the store where I bought it to see about getting them. I was told that it was my responsibility to call the manufacturer. I went home and called Whirlpool and had the usual hassle of being put on hold, and transfered etc. Once I finally got a person, she was very nice and said she would see that the missing shelves would be mailed in a couple weeks. I feel this is something a salesperson at the store should do. I paid the asking price, and feel upset that I had to go through so much to get what was missing.

I love the design. However i needed a little more depth.

Good easy to use frig. Only drawback is thst refrigerator door sqeeks when opened wide. Good temperature control for both frig and fr3.

Purchased this fridge after returning our terrible Samsung fridge. We love it , produces a great amount of ice and the stainless steel really is smudge proof. Only give 4 stars because it is a little bit loud, but the ice machine works great I’ll deal with the noise.

I am a single men and downsized from a very large unit to this model. I like the looks ,the way it fits in the counter, the bright light, it is easy to keep clean.Somtime it is hard to open the door on the refrigerator side .

Worst refrigerator. One good thing: keeps food cold and frozen. My grandmother's Ice Box did so also. Tiny shelves can barely fit 10-12" pizza.bbut if you want another self you can order for abit over $200 including tax and shipping. Light bulbs in the $99 range. Produce drawer basically fills up with product needed for a salad for two people: lettuce, red onion, tomato, and. cucumber. Wine bottle has to be in door shelf. Shelves are shallow. Plastic light protector is same as model of 20 years ago: flimsy plastic, easy to jostle and hard to replace, easy to get brittle and over $90 to replace. And then the twice a year air and water filters cough up $100+ twice each year. It is definitely BIG on the outside but tiny on the inside. I do NO T recommend.

After making ice for several days and using it, I opened the ice bin and water poured out from the bottom of the ice bin to the floor. I don’t think this should be normal. Refrigerator is cold freezer is cold icemaker is making ice, I’m afraid to open the bin.

A very nice side by side. Plenty of room for all different size items. Very quite and cools items quickly. Would buy again if I needed one.

I bought this frig a little over a year ago. I’ve been extremely happy with my purchase. I’ve owned side by sides in the past but always hated to lose of space do to the ice maker. The whirlpool refrigerator has stuffed the ice maker in the door opening up the top self for storage. This counter depth frig has so much more usable space then the traditional size frig. Easy to clean and great looks of the dark stainless steal make this a no brainer. I’ve read the reviews about the noise but I can’t tell the difference from any other unit of been around. Best Buy delivery was on time, professional, and fast.

New side by side with the water filter and ice maker. So far a big improvement over my former xl fridge and drawer freezer. Adequate storage but the veggie drawers are a little tight. Would rather have more drawer and shelf space than door storage.

We got it open box so it had some scratches but it does the job. Saved a grip so we're the for the opportunity.

I am happy with the purchase thus far. I just wish the shelves were more secure. The finger print resistant is good so far. Best Buy delivered the product on time as scheduled. I am not so sure that I understand why a counter depth fridge cost more than the standard size.
