We were limited on what we could get due to the space allotted for it. I will need to order another shelf for the freezer. Not sure how many were supposed to be with it but definitely needs another. We got 3 shelves and the drawer/shelf. The water dispensing is nowhere near correct. States 8 ounces but it is more like 4. I love how easy it is to remove the ice maker compartment. Sometimes the refrigerator door doest seem to close. Overall a decent refrigerator just wish we could have had a choice.

We love this refrigerator! The ice dispenser works great and is so convenient. Ice dispensers we have used at friends’ houses seem to throw ice on the floor as well as the glass. We don’t have that problem with this refrigerator. There is room for two gallons of milk in the door. We would buy this again if could do it over. Delivery and setup by Best Buy was flawless.

Just what I was looking for! Fits perfect in my small kitchen. Has extra features I wasn't expecting.

Although the refrigerator fits my counter depth kitchen, I would recommend this frig for small family sizes or for those who have additional frig/freezer storage elsewhere in the household.

After a few issues with a damaged refrigerator and delivery we finally received our refrigerator and it is working great. The second delivery and install was perfect. Customer service was very understanding and handled my issues and concerns quickly and professionally.

Its a good unit and I haven't had any issues in three weeks of ownership. The only fault is the design of the vegetable crisper door. When opening the drawer easily comes off its track. Other than that I have been pleased with my purchase.

Everything works well. We like the size and the depth. It looks really nice and fits our kitchen style well.

We like our new Whirlpool refrigerator. It is side-by-side and counter-depth to best fit into our available space. These was a small problem the refrigerator door, but appliance specialist with Geek Squad came to our home and resolved the issue. We are very please with both the produce and the Best Buy service through Geek Squad.

My options were limited by the opening and depth it had to fit in. Even so, this fridge looks great, functions great and has more capacity than I've been able to fill so far in just one week of ownership. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Basic design, good interior layout and fair price.

works well nice design for water/ice on door. REALLY needs to come with MORE shelves on BOTH SIDES!! we have ordered 2 for freeezer and 1 for fridge side!!

I was searching for a counter depth refrigerator with ice maker and side by side doors. This had it all and the price was right.

This is a good refrigerator for a counter depth one. Space is a little tight but manageable. I do wish the water dispenser was cooled water like our last one.

Great value for price. Not exactly what I wanted but it was good looking and available. Plus makes good use of door space in fridge and with ice maker. Minus—not sure it will hold my Thanksgiving Turkey and ice tends to splatter when using dispenser. Also wish dispensing space was longer so I could rest iced tea glass on shelf. Water is dispensed way more slowly than I’m used to but maybe I can adjust by taking off measured flow. Really wish shelves were adjustable but, in fairness, I knowingly traded that limitation for a quick delivery when my old unit died.

This refrigerator is exactly as advertised, I like that the sleek size isn't too bulky in my kitchen. Only improvement I'd suggest is to add 2 more shelves for the freezer, there are only 2 in the freezer. If you are getting rid of an old refrigerator grab the shelves to see if they'd fit in this one (the size is 11" square). I am going to buy replacement shelves online, but buying them through whirlpool is pricey, over $100 each.
