Was well pleased w/installation. But, I did my homework. I printed installation guide off net. Measured several times opening for in wall oven. Had electrician read instructions in order to put in junction box (hard wire connection). Everything went well when installers arrived. Read reviews on oven and best buy. The only thing I can conclude as to negative reviews is that people do not do anything prior to installation. Best buy guys are well qualified. And, that holds true for other things as well. I've always been satisfied.

Enjoying my new oven...fits perfectly! I only used it twice so far. It's a little larger than the previous oven and looks good with my other stainless steel appliances. Very pleased so far!

Awesome double oven for smaller spaces - even perfect baking and roasting and both ovens are self cleaning! Installation crew was excellent, on time, and professional. Gotta love Best Buy!

Much larger inside than it looks. It heats evenly and looks great. The lights are really bright and you can easily see everything inside.

Had to replace an old Whirlpool over 20 years old. This one is just as easy to use. A bit louder than the older one, I’m sure we’ll get use to it.

The installation went smoothly. The broken oven was removed and the new oven put in. I gave 4 stars because I thought the installers could have given us some information about how the oven worked. The ovens were 30 degrees high and was burning food so we had to have a repair guy come out and fix the problem. It says in the owner’s manual how to do it, but I didn’t want to chance it.

We replaced our single wall oven with this one and cant say enough good things. Cooks well, easy install and woks great.

Double oven looks and works great. It's easy to operate. Installation was quick and easy. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

We were in love with our classic oven from the 70's and were warned this one would have a loud fan. It really doesn't. The controls are pretty simple and although there is a fan, it is not any noisier than my desktop PC. The installers were fast and very professional too. Even showed us how to use it before they left. Glad we chose the Whirlpool.

This is my second set of Whirlpool double ovens (the first set served us well for over 16 years). The newer models work just as well but with a few electronic control upgrades. Plus, they are beautiful. I am a busy home cook & baker-my ovens work hard!

We've had the double oven for 2 plus weeks, it has performed excellent. We wish the lower oven was self-cleaning also. Both ovens have heavy duty grating for shelves. The back end of the shelves is angled so the depth of the oven is shortened a bit. Overall we are very happy with the purchase.

This double wall oven is very easy to install. It is also easy to operate and looks great in the kitchen.

Somehow this oven is wider than our previous oven. It is a bit noisier than our old one, but it's a matter of getting used to it. It cooks a bit faster than the old one as well. Again, something to get used to. It has a very appealing look to it for not being one of the higher priced ovens. The door handles are not that roomy to drape a towel over, but that is just a personal preference.

This oven has been great in the short time we've used it. The temperature seems accurate, according to the separate oven thermometer we have placed in the oven. Heat seems to be even throughout!

The Oven was easy to install. It has a great look in the Kitchen and performs perfectly!

A good oven so far. Pros: Easy controls, cooks evenly, and looks good. Cons: It is a little slow to heat up and cool down, and the fan is a little louder than my last oven. The upper door was difficult to remove for installation, and does not seem to close as well as the bottom door which removed easily.
