    I have used it for meat, potatoes, and vegetables and it bakes very well. The juice isn't absorbed and the meat is very tender and juicy. It's easy to use and fits all the pans. It came with two racks but no pans.

    I find the controls easy, even though I’m not very tech savvy. It comes up to temp quickly and and cools quick, saving energy.

    Awesome oven, fairly priced gorgeous to look at fits in small areas, easy to read dial everything on it is digital no knobs to break no clock to stop, I put it in one of my clients homes and they love it.

    The oven and service installing were great, however, the installers left with one of my screwdrivers and after 5 calls to the installation company, best buy, and finally a visit to the company website, never resolved. Its like once they have installed the product, you are nothing to them and they could care less about a little screwdriver. I wouldn't care either except the particular tool was given to me by my late father in law and it meant a great deal to me.

    Overall the oven is good. The main problem with it is that the control panel icons can not be seen unless there is light shining on the face of the panel. For $2000.00 you should not have to add your own lighting in order to see the cons. Bad design.
