It cost more Replace the strike of the latch and and also the top latch they’re plastic parts which should not be more than five dollars apiece but they cost 180 bucks and the labor on top of that makes it over $400 what a waste

Little on loud side, skimpy insulation, peice if sheet instead of thick wrap. Lack of controls...just hit a button...pretty much it. No frills. A little wide for 24" installation. Was tight in my 24.25 wide. Door springs rub on my cabinets. Price and avail. VG Value. VG Base function. VG. Fit. Poor. Noise. Loud. Features. Avg.

Brought home first unit, installed it, turned it on and after it called for water and started cycle it immediately started to leak out front door center bottom- made sure it was level , everything exactly as directions said and still leaked. Returned it to a Best Buy gave me another same model etc still same thing. Bought s third unit this time a GE for about $100 more- stalled and voila no leaks. Also, the Whirlpool was loud and looked like cheap construction. Had a previous whirlpool purchased 21 years ago at Circuit City- loved it!! Cheapest model 21 yrs later lacks quality

It fills and drains but the sprayers do not function. If this is the situation after moderate use during the first 3 months, I can only imagine the overall life of the machine cannot be very long. Reached out to Whirlpool and have to wait another month for someone to come out just to look at it.
