Works well
Simple to use, sleek design, pretty quiet, cleans, what more could you ask for. Well me, I'd ask for a better drying function. I'm wise enough to position glasswear etc at an angle so water doesn't pool on it, and mostly this is effective enough. It's the silverware section on the door that NEVER comes out dry. Never. I typically just wipe them with paper towel, takes 30 seconds. This would not stop me from purchasing the same model again, just something y'all should know. The silverware compartment can me removed off the door and placed on the main washing rack, that may make a difference, haven't tried it yet.

Decent washer, for what it's worth
Our old KitchenAid that came with our house finally broke down in May due to moisture shorting the control panel. It would cost half of this Whirlpool dishwasher just to order a replacement panel, so we decided to just replace it. Installation was easy - if you know how to install one home dishwasher, you'll know how to install all home dishwashers. This was my first time and it took no more than 45 minutes. This washer is pretty quiet compared to our KitchenAid model. Since it is a basic dishwasher, it cleans dishes sufficiently. If you have hard stains and caked on food particles on your dinnerware, it is best to soak them before loading it into the dishwasher as this dishwasher. Since it isn't equipped with food grinder or front facing cleaning jets, don't overload this washer and do not load heavily soiled plates or bowls. I use Cascade dishwasher pods and never really have problem with uncleaned dishes. When I used Finish pods, there were sporadic food particles left on dishes. It is a good interim dishwasher until we upgrade to a Thermador.

It’s great!
This is an upgrade from the builder grade quality dishwasher that came with my home. It was easy to install and works wonderfully. It’s runs pretty quietly and gets the dishes clean. I love that dishwasher has so many wash and dry options. You really can’t go wrong for the price. It looks great in my kitchen and matches my other whirlpool appliances perfectly.

Best Bang for the Buck
Looking in Consumer Reports, this was one of the highest ranked, less expensive dishwashers. So far, it has not disappointed. It was easy to install and has done an excellent job cleaning the dishes. My only complaint would be that it doesn't have the cushioned trim around the edges for a better look and quieter dishwasher, but luckily the ones from my old dishwasher were compatible and I used them. My understanding is that many do not come with that anymore anyway. Other than that, great buy!

Quality and quiet
I’ve had this dishwasher since January and it’s beautiful. Cooking and doing dishes for a household of seven eaters I was always doing the dishes. Tall tub I love because you can fit tall and bigger items on the top rack. Runs well and quietly but most of all cleans really well with no residue left behind. Only thing I did not like was the silverware rack on the door so I moved it into the bottom rack. Would recommend highly
