This was an open box purchase and it works great. Dishes have been coming out very clean and it runs quietly. The open box price versus the regular price made this a steal.

I've had it for a month and so far, I love my dishwasher! Dishes come out very clean, the machine is quiet, and so easy to use! I love the utensils basket being on the door instead of the washer because for dishes fit and basket fits so many utensils!

Checked different suppliers of Whirlpool and found the best price at Best Buy. I caught the it on sale and feel like I got a great deal. The dishwasher is quiet and leaves a clean sparkling shine. Yes, I would recommend this to anyone.

For the price point of this dishwasher, it has been great. Quieter than we expected and much quieter than our last one. We can actually hear each other talk when it’s running. It has done a great job cleaning our dishes.

This was a replacement for a 12-year-old Whirlpool dishwasher. It is much quieter and seems to do a good job of cleaning. It doesn't have lots of fancy settings, but I always use Normal wash settings and never need anything more. A good value for the price.

It cleans well, but the silverware basket is small and many of the slots are too narrow to accommodate my flatware. My previous dishwasher, also made by Whirlpool, had a much bigger silverware basket with all wide slots. Fortunately, the lower rack from my old dishwasher was in good condition and it fit perfectly in the new dishwasher. Problem solved! But Whirlpool, please redesign the flatware basket for the benefit of other buyers.

I don't use the dishwasher often so I was looking more for value rather than features when it was finally time to get rid of the 20 years old eyesore we had. This unit works quite well, dishes come out pretty clean and the controls are simple to use and understand. In hindsight though I think I should have spent a little more money to get a more featured unit with sensor washing (usually don't have many dishes) and with a little lower noise level. In the overall it was a good purchase and decent value for the money spent

It seems okay so far. I just got it. Takes a long time to do dishes. Isn’t as loud as I was expecting based in the high decibel ratings. Good value and it gets your dishes really clean.

My mother liked this dishwasher a lot. It is very quiet and energy efficient. It's spacious inside allowing her to wash everything in one load.

Much quieter than my old unit and gets everything clean. Silverware tray can be placed in multiple locations as needed. If you’re replacing an older dishwasher check the existing hose connection - mine was completely different.

Washer is easy to program. Cleans dishes well. It does not dry the dishes and the interior of the washer id damp/wet when the unit is finished.

Whirlpool dishwasher does a great job cleaning. However, silverware tray is a bit narrow, and hinged lid with narrow slots doesn't accept many sized pieces.

We have had this installed for the last month, and have used it 4-6 times. So far it has been great, we had our last dishwasher for 19 years. This new one makes so much less noise. I forget it’s running most of the time! Dishes come out very clean! We are happy.

Bought this as a replacement for our previous BestBuy dishwasher purchase from about 10 years ago. Wasn't sure about efficiency based on the low price, but this fit our budget. Have been beyond pleased thus far. Cleans exceptionally well, and runs much more quiet than our previous unit. All systems a "go" on this baby!

I thought a dishwasher was a dishwasher. This model seems smaller than my previous one even though dimensions are same. The cycle time is extremely long even on normal cycle. I hate the silverware basket because it sits in front of lower rack. It does not stay put. It is very inconvient. The dishwasher washes ok, but overall I'm dissatisfied and plan to return.

This is a piece of crap dishwasher! Mine broke 2 times this year and we have only had it for a year. Whirlpool wont do anything to fix it either. Crappy brand and crappy model. It hasnt cleaned the top rack right since we bought it. Take your business and money elsewhere! Dont even bother with this model.

I didn't realize how loud my old machine was as until I bought this. So quiet. Love the third shelf. I use it all the time. I know my dishes are clean when It finishes the cycle. I always run my cycles through the heavy wash cycle to ensure that it uses to steam to disinfect. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

This is the most quiet dishwasher I've ever had. Can hardly hear it even though I'm less than 25 feet away. Dishes are clean even though I run it only once or twice a week. Blue indicator lights are bright making it somewhat difficult to read other functions after choosing first function.

I love the dishwasher. The installation not so much. The top side edge of the door hits the cabinet molding when closing it. I called Fernando the installer to come back and adjust it. He said he was in the middle of an install and would call me when he was done. 8 hours later after I hadn’t heard back, I texted him and still no response 16 hours later. For the cost of an install enough space should have been allowed for settling over the next 20 years.
