I bought it to match the frig and stove. Our old one worked perfectly! We have tried stacking everything better, used the best pods available, etc.

Not a good experience

Have been placed on extremely long holds when calling to schedule technician to come out. The phone has even just placed “on the counter” or the hold button not pressed as to where I can hear employees talking and carrying on while I jus sit there until I hang up.

I use the extra drying liquid always have and I still have to dry them after the cycle is finished. I'm thinking I may have to call someone to come and look at it soon. My other dishwasher I had for about 14 years and it worked fantastic.

Lasted 1 month is complete garbage now and have had a tech come out twice now to tell me it can't be fixed and the parts will be over a month before available. I will not buy anything Whirlpool ( tech even said they suck) ever again!

If I didn't have to pay someone to uninstall it and haul it back to Best Buy I would return it. Don't purchase unless you enjoy drying dishes.
