So far I am pleased with the way it operates, and I really like the silverware in the door, the slots on top need to be a bit larger as well.

Lower tray slips off every time I pull it out and then push it back in. Tray for silverware is placed along the door which is very inconvenient to load. It does not really dry dishes. I wish I waited for Bosch to become available

Installation process was difficult (we had to do it ourselves because our house was too far away for them to deliver.) It wasn't impossible though, just had trouble with the last few steps. No problems yet, though I'd like to see how it's doing in 3 years to give a good review!

Quiet, however not much space. Need to run dishwasher more often than the previous one. Much lighter than the previous dishwasher. It was very affordable but you get what you pay for

Glasses, cups, and pots and pans nearly always need to be handwashed after going through the dishwasher. I thought it was because I was using the economical settings, so began to always using the longest and hottest settings. No difference! Glasses and cups nearly always have residue from their prior contents, and pots and pans are almost never thoroughly cleaned. Silverware is sometimes still dirty. If I wanted to handwash dishes, I wouldn't have bought this!
