I always rinse my dishes just to extend life of the dishwasher. I put the drying agent in it and my dishes are always wet after running it. I don’t mean damp I mean water all over dishes still. I have to open dishwasher door to let it air dry.

He really knows his job, systems, and has executive-level communications skills. Many people ask if they can help, few actually can help if you know what I mean. We mainly purchased the Whirlpool model for the indoor utensil basket

Now at exactly 1yr of ownership, won’t cycle, wash pump failed. 4days beyond manufacture warranty. Don’t buy this one, it’s terrible.

Died after 16 months

The pump on ours died after 16 months. Pump part is expensive and is on back order nationally. It was our least favorite dishwasher we've had. Disappointing for sure.

Good price but got a lemon.

I installed it myself - not difficult. I have done it a few times in the past. The unit seemed to work for a couple weeks and now it does not dry the dishes and has an occasional foul food odor in it. I am in the Long process of trying to get a warranty repair from Whirlpool since it has been more than 15 days that Best Buy will return an item. If I can I will keep you posted on how the warranty repair process goes.

There is NO rinse cycle, or if there is one I don't know how to figure that out.

The reason i did not give full 5 stars is because of the drying method. Due to it being condensation drying it takes longer for the dishwasher to dry and a rinsing aid is a must. I want to warn anyone getting a dishwasher that they make sure that it has an actual heating element for the dryer.
