First, even after doing all that they recommend to help dry the dishes, my glasses and plates still come out damp even after hours after wash is complete and we have to towel dry them. The silverware gets cleaned a lot better when you place the silverware rack on the main bottom rack opposed to the place on the door. I kept on having food still on the silverware until I moved the rack, and no it was not overloaded.

It's a tall tub dishwasher, but space is VERY limited on the non-adjustable top rack. The tines are tightly packed, which left me hand-washing items that fit in the previous dishwasher without issue. I spent way too much time loading and rearranging the darn thing! "Heated dry" is a myth. There's a heating element in the bottom, but most of the dishes were still wet after the drying cycle; especially the top rack. Its cleaning abilities are okay as long as you use the "heavy" setting with high temperature water and the sanitizing option. The "normal" setting is not as good, and the "one hour" option left my pre-rinsed dishes dirty with "stuff" that had been redistributed from previous loads. Today, I returned the dishwasher and saved $50+ by ordering a GE. We'll see how that one compares. I just can't believe such poor quality was at a cost of $600.

Garbage after 6 months

Heating Element Out Just a Warranty Ends
