It wasn’t cleaning the top rack at all and then poorly on the bottom rack. Even with my hot water being set extra hot in my house as I like hot showers. Tech comes and tells me the way to fix it is for me to run my sink on hot water before I start the dishwasher LOL. That’s the answer which in turn doesn’t help either. Im so sorry I purchased this what a mistake! DO NOT BUY THIS OR YOU WILL FEEL THE SAME FRUSTRATION AS ME.

Nice door, quiet, easy to install

It can be moved to the side or the front and holds lots of silverware. There is more room to put dishes in because of the two washing blades above and below keep them out of the way, and provide better cleaning than my old washer. It is quiet and cleans really well. It was pretty easy to install, but it would be better if the electrical cord was longer to make it easier to plug in before pushing back into the space.

We broke down and bought this one, before the old'n could malfunction from age...So happy with this purchase, we read the reviews and seen the issue of drying was talked about. You need rinse aid for that, and it drys pretty well. Very happy with this much quieter, more, room and less time to wash dishwasher! I recommend!

If you have Ultra-High Gloss IKEA kitchen cabinets, it will blend perfectly and give the same reflective effect without purchasing a washer that allows you to put a kitchen panel/door on the front of the washer. It also fits perfectly within the IKEA plinth (kickplate) without using the Whirlpool bottom cover with two plastic screws. This washer is much quieter than the Kenmore we had. It takes time to get used to the on/off washing function within the hour it takes to complete a load. The reviews that state that this washer DOES NOT DRY WELL is NOT TRUE. If you expect it to dry with no assistance it won't. We use the drying/rinsing agent that Cascade sells and fill the reservoir. Dishes come out dry and spot free every time.

I had a 3 year extended warranty. At least 5 service calls. Circuit Board, Drain Pump, Main Motor. Last service issue fixed last August after 2 month wait. Dishwasher stopped working a month ago.

Its short comings are the lack of a 3rd tray which would significantly increase its capacity for very little cost. The layout of the spacers is too narrow for medium and large mugs which reduces capacity unnecessarily.

I had read complaints about it not coming with the required connections to install so I kept the t connector from the old machine, only to find they had changed it. 2 pieces of brass, about $15 at Home Depot, but had to visit 2 stores to get it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The machine deserves it but the executive who decided not to include is a minus one.
