I had gone almost a year without one in search of the best one. Based on some of the reviews, I selected this one. It is a nice-looking machine and very easy to use, but for starters, the silverware holder is in a horrible place and is not an ideal place to be for clean utensils. No matter which option you select to dry the dishes, the dishes are still wet once the cycle is over, and don't assume that the normal cycle will get the dishes with light ketchup clean. Always assume that light sauces need the heavy cycle, and that is unfortunate.

The shelves feel pretty light when you pull them out, making me think they feel a little cheap. I think the bottom shelf is so light that it barely has enough weight to hold the door down when it's empty. But, dishes come out clean and and there's plenty of space so you can fit lots of dishes, so for the price paid, it does the trick!
