The problem was I had to reschedule THREE times to get the item as it was not available. Ordered on June 23rd and installed on September 14th.

I came in when y’all said it would. The ease of picking it up was excellent. The employees were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Best Buy.

Finally after 12 years it gave up the ghost. Transacting and coordinating through Best Buy was great. All seamless, install was quick, good clean up. Well done!

Very loud when washing

But it has a plastic tub and it is noisy when washing. A plastic tub is always going to be a lot louder than a steel tub. I returned this dishwasher and bought a GE with a steel tub, which is SUPER QUIET!
