The directions were terrible. It took me 2 YouTube videos and a few calls to dad to figure out how to install it. It's also frustrating that it does not come with all the parts needed to install it. The cheap plastic disposal tube, yes, but the fittings it specifically says are needed, no. I bought whirlpool due to their reputation, so I hope the actual use of the dishwasher makes up for the disappointing intro to their product.

Within the first six months, it broke down, leaving me handwashing dishes until the warranty repair. I thought it was a fluke, but now, less than a year later, it's broken again. It’s absurd for a major appliance to have this many issues in such a short time. For the price, I expected reliability, but instead, I’ve had to deal with constant frustration and repair bills. The performance wasn’t stellar to begin with—dishes often came out spotty or still dirty. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and invest in a brand that prioritizes quality and durability

This appliance is really quiet when running. Does a great job cleaning and sanitizing my dishes.

That was for approximately five minutes work. Fee seemed kind of excessive.y

Was a little unhappy with the install process. The contracted installer refused to install the dish washer unless I venmo'd him $150 to do "plumbing" work or he would take the dish washer away. Since I don't live near the rental property and it was just my tenant there, I felt like i was forced to pay or have to deal with the install another time. I ended up paying and never got a receipt or anything. I"m a busy person so I wouldn't have done things differently, but overall that was aggravating.

It fit right into the space in the cabinet and the team that came to install it was quick and efficient. They removed the old unit and tested it before they departed. I was very pleased.

Of course the warranty just expired 3 months ago. Best Buy has the worst customer service ever. They sell garbage and they’re not able to do a gesture of goodwill at least by sending someone to do a diagnostic for free. It is our SECOND Whirlpool dishwasher in 3 years!!! Do the math: 500 $ times 2= 1000$ and we still have the first out of order dishwasher in the garage?!! Please save your money and buy an other brand… a little bit more expensive but that you can use for almost 10 years
