Terrible Top Rack

Top rack is the worst design for small to medium bowls EVER. Tried in every possible configuration possible and bowls dont sit properly in the middle or along the sides. Sure flat plates fit fine. Whirlpool used to be good, not sure if they still are.

poor communication and lack of customer service

I was going to buy in a different store and then I decide to buy at Best Buy. The only thing is that they put an expiration date on the egift card and they dont tell you about that.

Could dry better
