Doors on this refrig are NOT aligned.. right door is higher that the left door....this shows very POOR quality control at Whirlpool...also the separation bar between the 2 refrig doors doesnt close smoothly...both these defects remind me everytime that I look at or use this new refrig ..how bad the workmanship is....SAD...dont buy this

Delivery was good.. Found numerous dents on both sides. Did leave for us to use since no fridge here. Waiting for another one to be delivered, hopefully free of dents n scratches

Everything worked but the ice maker. Had service come out & found out ice maker was faulty. Ordered part & to be installed later this week. Freeze & frig work.

This is a expensive average refrigerator. We are hopeful it will last for 8 to 10 years

The tube that connects the water tank to the water dispenser tube has been leaking since day one. We have been unable to use the dispenser. Called Whirlpool. After multiple calls to them they determined that they could not find a tech to help me so I had to find one myself. Went to Best Buy and multiple staff told me that they could not help me, that I had to work with Whirlpool. Found a repair service but have yet to arrive. I have to pay the bill then hope I get completely reimbursed by Whirlpool. It may work out but has been a hassle so far

We had this delivered to our house with install and after about a half hour later it started to leak. BestBuy offered to replace with a new one so we accepted. They delivered the new one today and it started to do the same thing. The refrigerator leaks when the water is being pumped over to the ice maker. So we called to get a full return and was told they would send out a repairman, not acceptable after two doing the same thing. Whirlpool is putting out junk , Lots of plastic parts with styrofoam holding it in place. Our old GE refrigerator lasted 15 years with no water leaks.

The seal on the freezer is going to have to be replaced it's not sealing properly and I'm getting frost all around the top of the drawer it's been like that since i got 3 weeks ago I just haven't had time to call it in for repairs

French doors are not aligned despite geek squad coming back a second time. More a problem with how the thing is made - can’t adjust doors vs problem with next buy

Firstly, the fridge was dented by an employee who was “helping” load the fridge. Secondly, upon removing the plastic we found spray foam stuck randomly throughout the fridge. Inside, outside, on the shelves etc. UNDER THE PLASTIC/CARDBOARD. It was not easy to remove. Thirdly, this fridge is quite loud when cooling. In fact, it’s louder than the 17 year old samsung it replaced. It does keep stuff cold/frozen. (So far).

The product is fine. It took three deliveries to bring one to me that was not damaged! Delivery people were very professional and courteous.

So far this refrigerator is my favorite. I totally dislike an Ice Maker built into the refrigerator. They do not work worth a darn and take up way too much refrigerator space. I love this one because the ice is made in the freezer section and much easier to obtain. Also the cold water button inside the refrigerator door is great. Love no panel on outside of the french door.

The fridge itself works. It keeps food cold. Issues we have had in just less than 2 years: Ice maker rattling on and off with no cause. Seal on fridge is falling apart and ripping. Obviously not sealing. The worst part is the water dispenser. It drips. It drips and seeped into the panel where the top doors attach. Mold. Mold that you can't clean. Mold that is not reachable. Warped door panel and mold growing on other areas. All because of the water dispenser. Now that has mold. We replaced our fridge that we loved dearly because we were evacuated for a month with no power due to a wildfire and this was one of the only models available during covid and supply issues. Imagine dealing with that crap and now having to pay out for another new fridge for one you didn't want to replace in the first place.

The fridge we saw in store was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We Bought it and scheduled a delivery for a month or two after waited and waited they never came called and they said they don’t even have the fridge and wouldn’t have it for an additional 3 months and once they receive it they could schedule me for delivery. I just got a refund because why are they selling products they don’t even have and why are they lying to customers saying it’ll be delivered in a month knowing full well it’s going to be more like 4-5 months

I picked up this fridge 14 days ago with the understanding it was open box excellent. We completed the purchase on-line and the fridge was not in the box and was wrapped up ready for transport. Our understanding is that open box excellent new condition (free of scratches and blemishes.) There are 2 scratches on the left fridge door. One front roller foot was mangled and both of them were missing the rubber protector. I would consider this open box satisfactory.... We contacted customer service almost a week ago about starting a return. They said that UPS would pick up the item at no charge to us. After talking it over with my wife and if we could get a price adjustment for the difference between open box satisfactory ($1403.99) and open box excellent ($1717.19) , which is $313.20 plus tax. I called back a couple of days later and there was no record of that call. The represenative was supposed to put in a request for the sore manager to call me back regarding a price adjustment.
