Freezer very small. Not enough tall side spaces on side compartments

Do not buy this product. You will regret it! I have had this refrigerator for less than 1 year and I have had to call and get it serviced twice because the refrigerator is not cooling properly. Food has been damaged and whirlpool clearly doesnt stand by their product because I was not able to get any sort of reimbursement for the damaged food I have had to throw out on both occasions. Save yourself the headache and buy a more reliable brand that will not give you this many issues within a year of purchase . if you purchase an extended warranty from best buy , you are expected to go through whirlpool the first year and use your manufacturer warranty so be prepared.

I love the color and the space inside. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for.

Item delivered damaged. The drawers do not slide smoothly.

2nd time I've written this, I can see why Whirlpool wouldn't want this posted. This french door fridge promptly stopped working after under a month of usage. The fridge portion no longer cooled, I am informed "this is common with this fridge and will keep happening." would have been nice to know that before i purchased it. Trying to get it serviced is another nightmare. Go ahead and add another 2 weeks or waiting if the repair service decides to show up. It took over 2 weeks to get it serviced, after that it worked for a few days then the same issue arose again. I am now going on a another 2 weeks of waiting for this low quality hunk of junk to be repaired. looks great but just the servicing alone makes me regret the purchase along with the fact that I cannot rely on this fridge to preform its job. either this is a defective fridge or quality is no longer Whirlpools concern. very disappointed with this product.

I like it ,but it's a little small for my needs I think 1 door is more convenient.

You won’t honor the guarantee on price that was plastered all over your store. You lied and I’m mad. This refrigerator arrives broken and could not be installed. I had to call in and get a replacement the next day. I had to get something besides what I wanted because of inventory. Fine. Stuff happens. But outright not honoring the price match within your own store - as promised - is bad business and deceitful.

Very satisfied with the purchase. The fridge is beautiful and spacious.

We needed to remove the handles in order to get the fridge in our house and trying to put the handles back on was horrible! The handles were loose and we had to cross thread the bolts in order to make the “shaking” stop. Will update review after we have used the refrigerator but so far, not the best experience.

Whirlpool did it again with this great refrigerator! Big and sleek!

Super disappointed with the unit. I have had it for 2 years and it already stopped working. I won’t be buying whirlpool in the future. My food spoiled which made it worse.

Water line leaked on first day. Tried to have refrigerator replaced. The next two delivered leaked too. 3 strikes and you are out. Now the return process has been a night mare and rescheduled. Long time Best Buy customer that has lost complete confidence in the company.

Unfortunately refrigerator has dents on front. Works well.

The refrigerator looks great on the outside but it is not worth any where near the money that it cost. It worked great for a while and then the freezer stopped freezing. I come home from work and everything in the freezer had thawed. I purchased this refrigerator in October of 2017 and three years later the compressor goes out. Companies used to provide a five year warranty but now you only get twelve months worth of protection. I purchased Whirlpool because I thought that they produced quality products. Boy was I wrong.

Still waiting for anyone to call about the handles being installed. It came with a broken handle and I was told that someone would reach out about installing the handle when it arrived. Got the handle but was never contacted. Not happy

I love the internal water dispenser. I read some reviews that it can be loud. I don't know what to compare it to since I just moved into my first open floor plan, but it can be heard for sure. I don't imagine it is worse than other fridges.
